I just finished reading "If You Have To Cry Go Outside: And Other Things Your Mother Never Told You" by Kelly Cutrone. I thought it would be a light read about the ins and outs of PR in the cut-throat world of fashion.

But it is SO much more than that.

I found myself almost brought to tears while reading about Cutrone's experiences and the lessons she believes all young women need to know to become the ultimate power girl in charge of her own life.

She's smart. She's hilarious. She's a great teacher and a nurturing mother to her daughter and employees alike.
